  • How can I change or cancel something in my order?

  • If you need to change something in your order, please contact us immediately. We usually process orders within 2-4 hours, and once we have processed your order, we will be unable to make any changes. Unfortunately, we cannot cancel an order or change a delivery address once the parcel has been dispatched.

  • How can I pay for my order?

    We use a secure PayPal checkout system which allows payment by credit or debit cards. Alternatively you can simply use your PayPal account. We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties.

  • Can I return an item?

    If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please return them to us within 14 days of the purchase date. We request that the items are unworn and returned in their original box. We will refund your order to your original method of payment upon receipt of the returned item. The customer is responsible for postage costs. Your statutory rights are not affected by our returns policy.

  • How long will my order take to be delivered?

    Delivery times will depend on your location and the delivery method you selected at checkout. We use Royal Mail or DPD for all our deliveries. Once payment is confirmed your order will be packaged and dispatched within 1 working day. We aim to deliver all mainland UK orders within 5 working days for standard delivery but also offer a Express Delivery (DPD Next Working Day) delivery. However, sometimes during sale or other busy periods deliveries may take longer. If you have not received your order within 5 working days please contact us. 

  • Do I need an account and what are the benefits?

    It's not required to create an account. But, having an account provides easier checkout, the ability to create and send a wishlist, and a customized shopping experience.
